Treuwerk Revision GmbH is a company of chartered accountants, and in particular we provide a range of services to medium-sized companies. From our team of qualified professional accountants, who bring with them valuable experience from large international accounting practices, we are able to offer a range of services in Financial Accounting, Auditing, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Auditing, IFRS preparation & conversions from GAAP, company taxation, and advice on Corporate Finance.

Our services range across sectors of the economy (i.e. financial accounting for manufacturing sector companies, as well as those in the general service sectors). Within the scope of our standard professional services, we prepare regular financial accounts and undertake auditing for year-end accounting purposes, as well submitting these to the relevant city or regional tax authority in accordance with the German Trading and Commerce Regulations (The German Handelsgesetzbuch – in acc. with Art. 69 G from 17. December 2008 (BGBl. I S. 2586, 2730). We are able to generate accounts not only for individual enterprises but also for organisations with multiple profit centres, active either nationally or internationally. We can offer cross-border tax advice such as the treatment of VAT, for example where the types of services rendered by just one client may involve several counter-parties located in two or more countries, and also advice on cross border inter-company trading transactions.
